Camel Meat
I've had camel meat before. And camel milk. I once had gold-flecked camel burgers at Emirates Palace. And gold-flecked coffee. But I've never cooked camel meat.
Maybe I should try making my own camel burgers. Lulu Hypermarket even has meats from Kazakhstan and Sudan. Mostly lamb.
For a minute, I thought they had Kazakh horse meat. I've tried it a couple of times in New York and Kazakhstan.
I guess small (young?) camel meat is tastier than older meat? Maybe this is the camel equivalent of lamb? Or veal?
